si, la verdad que demasiados privilegios se le quieren dar a los empleados, no jodas 2 dias libres a ka semana y si encima hay festivo, otro más a parte, eso si, sus 800 eurazos no se los quita nadie

No es que sea injusto. Me parece correctísimo 2 días libres a la semana etc.
El problema son las comisiones que cobramos, que nos dan para pagar sueldos miserables también
Y las asociaciones (Fenamix y Anapal), ¿que hacen?

Como las comisiones son ridículas por obsoletas y mis ingresos se ven por ello mermados he decidido no contratar a nadie para reducir gastos.Tengo 2 terminales y he invitado a la delegación a que se lleven uno cuando quieran.
Por muchas ventas que pueda perder como la comisión es ínfima casi no lo notaré.
Muchos autónomos están evitando el crecimiento para no tener que contratar por los costes tan elevados y la falta de ayudas a la contratación.
A ver como el gobierno va a crear todos los puestos de trabajo que tienen previsto.

Pues tendrás que darle permiso para que llame a un electricista a que se la cambie y le pague (o pagarle tu) si no quieres ir tu... no le corresponde a ella. Por sencillo que sea, no tiene por que saber hacerlo, ni tiene por qué subirse a una escalera tan alta. Otra cosa es que salga de ella misma hacerlo. Pero obligada no está
